Shipping Policy:
Our shipping cost is based on UPS rates and the cost of processing (boxes, shipping popcorn, handling) your order. Cost increases as weight of the package increases and is further the distance from Jacksonville, Florida.

Planet Depot is dedicated to ensuring you are pleased with the merchandise you purchase from us. We offer a money back guarantee for items returned within 7 days of purchase. The item(s) should be in their original unopened packaging. Sorry we can not offer refunds on opened products. Please contact us via Email at: sales@planetdepot.com -or- 1-800-699-3206 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Eastern Time for complete instructions on how to handle the return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number) will be issued and at the same time you will be instructed where to return the merchandise. The RMA must be issued before returning the item(s). Returns must be shipped freight prepaid, we recommend sending the product via a traceable carrier (ie: UPS, RPS, FedEx) and insured for the value of the contents. The cost of the merchandise, minus shipping – will be refunded to you. If an order is not accepted for delivery, we will charge a $9.95 shipping and handling fee regardless of the size of the order unless it is due to our error. If you elect, a credit can be applied to your Planet Depot account to be used towards future purchases – let us know which you prefer.

Damaged Merchandise:
At times, product may get damaged in shipping. If this is the case, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at sales@planetdepot.com –or- 1-800-699-3206 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Eastern Time, so that we can resolve the issue. Please remember to keep the box and packing material the merchandise arrived in. We can replace the merchandise or issue a refund once the damaged item has been returned to us. Your satisfaction is our goal.

Most orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground. If there are any delays in processing your order, you will be notified.

Shipping charges are calculated using UPS rate tables by using your order's weight and your shipping zip code. All orders are shipped only to the 48 mainly United States.

Planet Depot can not ship to Post Office Boxes or outside the 48 contiguous United States..
